I love to buy and remodel old unloved houses. This takes a lot of research and a constant search inline for viable “fixer uppers”. I noticed that so many properties looked terrible online, with clutter visible, badly made beds and no light. Often the are taken at night showing the rooms to be dark and small.
After fixing some of my houses, I would either rent them out or put them online for sale. I loved the process of staging and taking photos that showed the rooms in the best possible light.
I try to tell a story or at best show the possibility of the home. Its hard to know online how big a room is or where the bed is of there is no furniture or its impossible to see past the dirt and clutter.
